Brody and I went to the Phoenix Zoo in March for the very first time! I thought we would stay for an hour at the longest, because of Brody's morning nap approaching. Amazingly, we stayed for over 2 hours and had the most incredible time! The animals were so much fun to observe! Even more enjoyable was watching Brody's reactions to the animals! I loved how easy it was to come with our yummy snacks and water, all set for strolling through the park! Having been a teacher, I think I initially had the mindset of the experience being like one of my class field trips, never realizing how time with your kiddo at the zoo is SO MUCH MORE FUN!!!
