The Latest on Brody

Mike and I had another ultrasound this morning to see how our Brody is doing. He is doing exceptionally well, actively enjoying his time in his mommy's tummy! His measurements show that he is a tiny peanut, about the size of an average 33 week old baby (He is 36 weeks old today.). He weighs approximately 5 pounds 3 ounces and has a little hair on his head! Brody has surprised us though with his positioning, which is apparently buns down, head up. We are praying that a C-section is not needed, but understand that this just might be what we need to do for Brody's best interest if he does not flip in time for delivery. You will see his latest Brody photo above. He was sucking his hand/fist during the photo session today. We have noticed that his daddy's trait of full lips has been passed down to Brody, as seen in the photo. Our next doctor's appointment is in two weeks, unless Brody decides he is ready sooner. We cannot wait for his arrival!
