9 Months with Brody!

We cannot fathom that 9 months have gone by since Brody arrived! Our little peanut is a true gift from God. His warm expression toward us brilliantly shines joy! If Brody was a cupcake, he would need no frosting - He is sufficiently sweet and incredibly well-enjoyed! Below is a list of 10 new Brody observations.

1. Brody is starting to self-feed himself finger food-sized snacks. So cute to watch!
2. Brody likes stuffed animals' faces, especially their noses.
3. Brody has found his tongue. He is often found biting it (although he has no teeth yet) and sticking it out.
4. Brody is outgrowing his hats...quickly! His head keeps growing!
5. Brody has tripled in weight since his birth.
6. Brody has grown almost 10 inches in length since birth.
7. Brody has begun whining a little, mainly because he cannot speak and wants to be held by mommy a lot - a topic discussed with our pediatrician, who assured us it is normal and temporary. Praise God for fun-loving pediatricians who ease first-time parents!
8. Brody has begun to cry for a couple of minutes before bedtime and naptime, which he is finding out does not change the fact that he will sleep. Shortly after the crying subsides, we laugh as we watch the monitor and see him laughing and rolling all around.
9. Brody has found Mommy's eyelashes and nose. He likes to stick his fingers in my eyes and at times up my nose.
10. Brody splashes the water in the tub now. Hilarious!

The following video shared some of our latest and greatest Brody moments!
